Aquatic Duty

Pricing

Free during beta. Priced at launch.

Aquatic Duty is in private beta. Beta access is free and invite-based, and pricing will be announced at launch — we’d rather earn the number than guess it.

Private beta
Free

during beta · invite-based · no credit card

  • The full product. Nothing held back, no feature tiers during beta.
  • A direct line to the builders. The feedback form is in the app’s navigation. What you submit goes straight to the people writing the code.
  • A say in what ships next. We’re building with charter operators, not just for them. The daily headaches you report set the roadmap.
Request an invite

What we ask in return: real use and honest feedback. Log your actual readings, run your actual schedule, and tell us where it fights you.

No card, no catch

No credit card. No auto-conversion to a paid plan. No “lock in this rate” pressure — we haven’t set a rate, and anyone who promises you one today is making it up. When pricing is announced, you’ll decide with full information.

Questions operators ask us

How much will it cost at launch?

Honestly — undecided. Beta is free and invite-based, and pricing will be announced at launch. Beta partners will hear it first.

Do I need a credit card to join the beta?

No. There is no billing in the product and nothing to auto-convert.

We’re mid-season. Is now a bad time to start?

Starting is small: a guided setup walks you through pools, chemicals, roles, and staff, with ready-made presets doing most of the typing — and one-click packs seed a daily checklist and a maintenance schedule. Each new hire just gets a welcome email with a set-password link. Many teams start with one pool or one schedule and grow from there. The walkthrough comes first either way.

Will our beta data carry into launch?

Yes. Preserving history is how the whole product works — staff are retired rather than deleted, and schedules are archived rather than deleted. Your beta records are your records.

What if we decide it’s not for us?

You stop using it, and your records leave with you: a manager can download the site’s data — readings, tasks, checklists, inventory, schedules, staff — as JSON or CSV, straight from Site Settings. (Chart photos and the audit log aren’t in the download yet; ask and we’ll hand those over too.)

Who gets an invite?

A small group of commercial pool service companies and aquatics departments — clubs, municipal pools, camps, waterparks, HOAs. We do a walkthrough first to make sure it fits your operation before your team gets accounts.

What does support look like during beta?

The feedback form is built into the app, and reports go straight to the people writing the code. Beta is small on purpose — you won’t be shouting into a queue.

Guards on. Water right.

If that’s the operation you’re trying to run, we’d like to build this with you.
